Contract Hire

The hiring contract will be between the Hirer and West Island Holidays and shall be deemed subject to these conditions.

Initial Payment

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment. However, if the booking is made within four weeks of the holiday commencement date the full accommodation rental will be required.

Balance of Payment

The balance of the hire will be due for payment FOUR WEEKS before the holiday commencement date. West Island Holidays reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received less than 23 days before the holiday commencement date.

Booking Cancellation

If you are forced to cancel your holiday you must inform West Island Holidays in writing (address below) immediately by first class post enclosing your booking confirmation. In all cases of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

Hirers Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left clean and the caravan must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. In instances where a report of anti-social behaviour is made it will be at the sole discretion of West Island Holidays whether or not to terminate the hire.

Damage

All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and their cost shall be refundable on demand. However minor breakages will not normally be charged. West Island Holidays reserve the right to repossess the holiday home at any time where damage has been caused by the hirer or a member of the hirer’s party.

Pets

We regret we are unable to accept dogs or any other pets in the caravan.

Smoking

For the comfort of all our guests we request that you do not smoke in the caravan.
